Kids Ministry Leadership Internship

Lead the Next Generation

A year-long discipleship and leadership experience for high-school freshmen through seniors — equipping students to serve children, grow in their faith, and become Christ-centered leaders.

This is more than a volunteer opportunity. Interns are mentored by trusted adult leaders while making a real difference in the lives of children.

Students serve under the guidance of trained adult leaders in a safe, encouraging environment.

What Is It?

More Than a Place to Serve

The Kids Ministry Leadership Internship is a year-long opportunity for high-school students to grow through hands-on ministry, meaningful mentoring, practical leadership training, and Christ-centered community.

Interns learn how to welcome children, serve on a team, lead with humility, communicate clearly, and create spaces where kids can encounter Jesus and belong.

Serve With Purpose

Help children feel welcomed, known, and encouraged each week.

Grow as a Leader

Develop practical ministry skills, confidence, character, and spiritual maturity.

Be Mentored

Learn from trusted adult leaders who will coach, encourage, and pray for you.
